Shipping
Delivery Locations
Delivery is available Australia-wide. Items are shipped from our Brisbane or Melbourne warehouse, depending on your location and stock allocation.
Some orders with multiple items may be split between the two warehouses and arrive in different parcels. You will receive two shipment emails and tracking numbers to advise you of this.
eParcel Shipping
Metro Areas: The estimated delivery time to metro areas is 3-5 business days.
Regional Areas: The estimated delivery time to regional areas is 3-10 business days.
Express Shipping
Metro Areas: The estimated delivery time to metro areas is 1-2 business days.
Regional Areas: The estimated delivery time to regional areas is 3-5 business days.
Same Day Despatch
All orders placed before 2:00pm AEST Monday to Friday are despatched from our warehouses that same day. Same day despatch excludes public holidays and weekends. Some out of stock items can be pre-ordered for when stock arrives, we will provide an ETA at the time of the order for when it is expected to be despatched.
Pick Up
Pick up is available from our warehouse in Meadowbrook, QLD, 4131. If you would like to pickup your order, you will need to place an order over the phone with one of our staff. We will remove the shipping cost from your order and have your order ready for pick up by the time you arrive. Pick up is available during office hours only (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm).
Delivery Fees
Delivery Fees vary depending on the weight of your total order. Generally, the heavier the item is, the higher the delivery fee will be.
Please note: Express Post is calculated on the total order weight and delivery location. To calculate express post on your order, you can use the shipping calculator in the cart.
Track & Trace
A majority of orders placed with us are shipped with Australia Post, with larger items being shipped via a courier service. Once you order has been processed by our warehouse, you will recieve an email with your tracking number. You can track your order from dispatch to delivery via the Australia Post Tracking Portal.
Please Note: The tracking number will become active once it has been scanned by Australia Post.
Signature Required (Recommended)
Signature Required will be selected by default at the checkout, and Australia Post will request a signature upon delivery. If the address on the order is unattended, the parcel will be taken to a local Post Office and a card should be left. It is your responsibilty to collect your order from the post office.
Authority to Leave
At checkout, you can choose to give permission for the delivery driver to leave your order at the address of delivery. There is a section to leave notes to direct to the best place to leave it.
If you select Authority to Leave, we can not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged products.
